One would think that, by now, we would all be keenly aware of the dangerous effects short sighted development- resulting in the steady deterioration of our surrounding environment. The real value of this land is immeasurable as it relates to the biological health of the region and it’s inhabitants.

I have lived here since 1965, and am an avid outdoor person who likes nature, likes to walk in parks, ( in the winter mostly, likes animals, worked in tree business and own and run a small lawn business.
I can not comprehend someone taking a bull dozer to this property. Housing, septic systems, golf course, fertilizers, mcuh added runoff of forementioned, and water over roads collecting oil, etc. I’m sure there are a lot of animals in the Preserve, lets not let developers wreck their homes, also destroying woodland, pools, our children and grandchildren’s happiness that would take them through the Preserve in decades to come. I can not stand developers who could care less about the serenity of the 1000 acres, but to build and make a profit, please drop the idea.
